Refund/Return Policy

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team on the website to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
5. Refund/Exchange: If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs:

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. 

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to check availability. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

At The Devotion Brand, all customized products are made specifically for each customer or organization. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all custom orders are considered final sale.

Final Sale Policy

All customized products, including but not limited to:

• Team uniforms
• Personalized apparel
• Custom names
• Custom numbers
• Custom logos
• Special-order items

are non-cancelable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once production has begun.

Order Approval Responsibility

Before production starts, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details, including:

• Sizes
• Player names
• Numbers
• Colors
• Logos
• Spelling
• Quantities

Once final approval is given and the order is submitted, The Devotion Brand is not responsible for errors that were approved during the confirmation process.

Production & Shipping Notice

Custom orders are often produced overseas and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, including:

• International shipping delays
• Customs processing delays
• Weather disruptions
• Overseas production interruptions
• Global conflicts or airspace closures

While we always work hard to meet timelines and keep customers updated, these situations do not qualify custom orders for cancellation or refund.

If There Is an Issue

If there is a verified manufacturing defect or an error caused directly by The Devotion Brand, we will review the issue and work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution.
